Dr. Kasey Reynolds Marelić

Dr. Kasey Reynolds Marelić is a dedicated Reproductive Endocrinologist at SpringCreek Fertility, committed to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of building a family. With a warm and patient-centered approach, she combines her extensive medical expertise with genuine care and compassion. 

Dr. Marelić earned a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.A. in Spanish from Ohio University before obtaining her M.D. from the University of Cincinnati. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, followed by a three-year subspecialty fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Before joining SpringCreek Fertility, Dr. Marelić served as the Medical Director at Bethesda Fertility Center. She is board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized with honors such as the Rothman Research Lectureship from Washington University.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Marelić has contributed to advancing reproductive health through research, with a focus on critical topics such as the impact of obesity on oocyte quality. She also mentored the next generation of fertility specialists as a teaching faculty member for the obstetrics and gynecology residency program at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital. 

Outside of her work, Dr. Marelić enjoys exploring her creative side through painting and art history, and she stays active by running and hiking.
