The Right Treatment for You

Thorough, Personalized Attention for Each and Every Family

No two families or individuals are exactly alike, and neither are their fertility treatment options. At SpringCreek Fertility, we will take the time to get to know you — to understand your medical history and your goals for growing the family of your dreams. Once we’ve established a diagnosis, we’ll customize a treatment plan based on your age, medical condition and personal preferences. With SpringCreek Fertility, you will feel confident, knowing that your treatment plan has been personalized to provide the highest chance of success, while suiting your financial and personal needs.

Fertility treatments are tailored to each individual families’ needs. Less than a third of our patients that come to us for fertility treatment end up going to advanced reproductive technologies, otherwise known as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization).

Here is a list of our primary fertility treatments:

1. Management of Underlying Health Issues
2. Ovulation Induction/Timed Intercourse
3. Intrauterine Insemination
4. Surgical Approaches

Intrauterine Insemination - IUI

IUI is a fertility treatment that involves carefully placing sperm into a woman’s uterus during ovulation.

Egg Freezing

Egg freezing, sometimes referred to as fertility preservation, preserves healthy eggs now for future use.

Genetic Testing - PGD & PGS

Genetic testing can help identify genetic traits and, potentially, chromosomal disorders during IVF.

Third Party Reproduction

Third party reproduction, including egg donation and gestational surrogacy, provides another path to parenthood.

In Vitro Fertilization - IVF

This common treatment fertilizes extracted eggs in a laboratory setting.

Recurrent Miscarriage

Multiple miscarriages can be heartbreaking. We will work with you to identify the cause and determine the best treatment.

We support all families, including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, and will provide full-service care for your needs.

The SpringCreek Fertility Difference: Decision Matrices

We provide patients with comprehensive, easy-to-understand educational materials. Our proprietary decision matrices outline common treatment paths, along with scientific data, to help patients make intelligent choices about their care. With our decision matrices, you will get answers to common questions like “What is the process?”, “What is the rate of fertilization?”, “Who should consider this treatment?” and “What is the risk?”

We want our families to make the right choices, while feeling empowered during their fertility journey.

Independent, Affordable & Inclusive

SpringCreek welcomes everyone wanting to have children regardless of marital status or sexual orientation. We are the only independent, full-service fertility center between the Dayton and Toledo Metropolitan areas. We offer evidence-based, patient-centered fertility treatments, with fees that have been priced for accessibility and tailored to meet your family goals.

Dear SpringCreek Family and Friends:

As of February 6th, 2022, here are the updated COVID guidelines:

  • Staff and employees are no longer required to wear a mask inside the building. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, feel free to do so.
  • Please wear a mask if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms.

SpringCreek Fertility will continue to revise our policy to ensure we are parallel to the CDC recommendations.

Feel free to call our office at 937-458-5084 if you have any questions or concerns.

We are here for you!

Many of you have seen the recent Supreme Court ruling on Roe vs. Wade. This decision moves legislation and governance to the state level. We have been monitoring and will continue to monitor our state legislation and it’s regulations surrounding infertility services and the storage of embryos. Your continued access to fertility care is our priority.

At this time, there will be no changes to current SpringCreek patient care, operations, and practices.

We understand that this is an anxious time for you. If you are looking to help shape the future of IVF in Ohio, we encourage you to share your story with your state House and state Senate representatives. It is important that our Congress people know how important IVF is to our families and our communities.

Please feel free to reach out to our office with further questions.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Groll, MD and SpringCreek Associates
